Hello Laundry - Your Dry Cleaning Partner

I’ve used HelloLaundry about 6 - 8 times for a variety of laundry services. They started of pretty reliable - delivering the dry cleaning services to a high standard. Their scheduled pick up/delivery times began to get quite unreliable - in some cases they arrived a day early. With the scheduled times all over the place, it made it very difficult to arrange a day around a pick up/delivery.

I’ve now stopped using their service as two shirts I sent to them came back with EXTENSIVE BLEACH DAMAGE and are now unwearable. As seen in the attached photos - the shirts are ruined. HelloLaundry claimed the shirts arrived in that condition. My experience is this is a highly dodgy business and I would strongly recommend using any other laundry delivery business.

If you're interested in getting your clothes back on time, don't bother with this service. It's clear that they have no intention of honoring the pickup and delivery slots on their website. They'll pick up and deliver whenever is convenient for them without telling you, even if it's days later than agreed.

4*s purely because of the lack of time keeping that they offer. I requested my suit to be picked up 11, collecter showed up at half 9. Delivery was meant to be the next day between 13:00 and something (can't remember now) It showed up at 20:00pm the next day. I spoke to the only contact number available and that turns out to be the driver! Not a HQ base. Who told me there's not any promise when things will be picked up in my area, even though the website states this. I will use them again because I like the service they provided with my suit but everything else (in my area, Lakesidel) is rubbish. You need to be available all the time.

Scheduled it for a 9-11am pickup, they arrived just before 2pm. Ruined my Saturday plans. They also came an hour early for drop off when I wasn’t home. Would definitely not be using this service again

Do not use this service! I hate reviews because you don't know who is actually leaving the review but I had to warn others.

My laundry delivery was 4 hours late, and the company blamed me because someone I was supposed to know there was a car restriction on the hotel street. They did not communicate at all about the delay or make me aware of the delay. It wasn't until I messaged 4 different times that someone explained the issue.

Then my Laundry was delivered in a clear bag and not the pink silk Laundry bag I had my Laundry in when picked up. The o ly response was email us and someone will get back to you in 48 hours. Well that is after my flight leaves london.

My biggest problem was that no one was actually sorry. It was just my problem.

I recommend Laundry heap going forward. I should have used them this time, like I did last time, but lessened learned.

These guys are great. It’s so easy to book in orders via the app and that collect and deliver the washing back a day later. The people that come to collect are very friendly. They also give you a heads up when they are close by.

My experience was the complete opposite of some of these reviews - pleasant drivers, great customer service and text service that shows where the driver is + delivered my laundry at 7:30pm on Christmas Eve! 5/5 service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My laundry was meant to be collected between 11am and 1pm. I’ve called over 30 times with the phone only being answered once (I was hung up on as soon as I gave any details). Do not use, I am expecting my money back.

Update - 2 weeks later, no response to emails. I have now received the money back through my bank
