Mayfair Dry Cleaners and Tailors

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - LOST CLOTHES, NO COMPENSATION!
I left my favourite dress with these dry cleaners. They admitted to giving it to someone else, and yet have refused to take responsibility! The dress was very expensive and they have still not paid me any compensation. The manager will also not return my calls. It looks like a nice place on the outside but do not be fooled, this place really is the worst

Friendly skilled staff. Made alterations to my leather jacket and was superb. Altered my jeans perfectly. Highly recommended.

I've used them many times because it's right next to me. Don't know why I pay around 30-50 quid everytime, as I often find clothes are still dirty or I have to iron them. Avoid. Very disappointed. Here's a pair of trousers that was meant to be ironed for 8 pounds.

Called in as needed a shirt ironed/steamed after it creased on my journey and had a wedding to attend the following day. The staff were polite and very helpful. They informed me that it would be completed within the hour. When I called in my shirt was perfect, I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Totally 5 star customer service and if I’m in the area and in need again, I would not hesitate to call by. Thank you.

I use they dry cleaning services, including houte couture clothing, regularly as well as alterations occasionally. They are best in the area, reliable and efficient. Highly recommended!

Used both their dry cleaning and alteration services. Their dry cleaning aspect is quick and comes out well - all well on that front. On the alterations side: whilst they were accommodative to my requests, the quality in terms of the outcome and craftmanship was of poor standard. Will likely be getting it re-altered at a different place as I have gone back to them several times already.
