Johnsons The Cleaners

My mum has had dreadful experiences at Johnsons recently due to one particular member of staff who has not been helpful at all. Won't be going back unfortunately. It is a shame as the other staff are really good.

Very impressed with the service we recently received at the branch in Folkestone. We had an issue which turned to be our error and not Johnson's at all! However, they were supportive and prepared to investigate.
Debs ('Wonder Woman') deserves this title as she could not have been more helpful. Debs was patient, efficient and did her very best to try and sort everything out. She was still thoroughly decent when we realised it was our fault. Can highly recommend, and we are very grateful for the excellent customer service. Thank you to all who were going to investigate and especially to Debs for her time and effort.

I am pleased with the service that I have received at Johnson's Dry Cleaners. The staff are always friendly and helpful and will advise me if I have any concerns.

Johnson's laundry in Folkestone offers an excellent rug doctor rental service.

Parcel post is what I prefer to use here.
