Consistently lost or damaged women's clothing. Stay away!

They lost a pair of trousers from my wife's (not cheap) suit, and her (not cheap) dresses have been consistently returned with burn/dirt marks or missing, irreplaceable accessories. Inquiring about these items is met with a blank stare and an amazing lack of willingness to try to resolve the issue.

Men's button downs and trousers have been somewhat adequately cleaned and pressed, but this is a low bar to set. Do not use!

The people at E & A Dry Cleaners are friendly and professional. Price is super affordable as well! I brought in two difficult fabrics, a velvet dress and a cashmere jacket, and they came back in perfect condition with all the stains gone. They were also able to rush the dress for me to be ready the next day since I was leaving on vacation and needed it ASAP, at no extra charge! I highly recommend them and will continue using them for all my dry cleaning needs.

I Highly recommend E&A Dry Cleaners! since many years i am using these guys to dry clean my suits on a daily basis and drop my bosses clothes here since he was really impressed by seeing my suits, i have never had an issue, their quality is SUPERB and well affordable!
I have tried many dry cleaners before but none compete with E&A Dry Cleaners.

Their located on Caledonian Road, if your looking for a dry cleaners i truly recommend these guys, They can do any repair, wash curtains, wash duvets, nearly every material!

After over 16 years of using these guys I have decided to NEVER use them again. The reason being that they have raised their prices but have not raised their quality of service. I took in 3 t-shirts which they charged me £1.50 per t-shirt for and have been doing for years now. Precisely 2 weeks later I took in 4 t-shirts and they attempted to charge me £3.90 per t-shirt, that mark up is ridiculous and when I complained the staff insisted that this has always been the price which is a disgusting lie. This for me is a rotten joke and unjustified as many a time their quality has been extremely poor and not up to a decent standard. Now I am about to use their competition which is directly across the road so I recommend you do the same.

My experience with e&a dry cleaners is very good in the past 8 years. Just ran through all these negative comments and in my opinion it does not reflect the reality about this company. Unhappy customers are more willing to write reviews than the happy ones just to "take revenge"...
i would highly recommend them to anyone, their tailoring service is outstanding also have great offer for suits and shirts.
The new guy in the till is very smart helpful and very well trained.
Warning!! This shop is not recommended for those who don't like quick turnaround quality service on reasonable price!

Worst dry cleaners. Never coming back
Returned my coat paid full price and they had lost one button. The coat did not smell clean and it still had stains on it. The buttons were sewn on quite well but they told me that this kind of thing happens. They told me to come back after one hour because they would check inside the machine for the button. I came back and they hadn't found it. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CLOTHES HERE I was given a damaged item back and paid full price, being a student this is not easy. They even insulted the buttons on my coat and said that they were not good quality because the paint was chipping off.
But after reading some other reviews I was thankful to even get my coat back.

DO NOT USE!! I took two dresses to them to have the zips changed and the messed up on both and they where brand new. One of them they took material off and made it nearly 4 inches too small that I cannot zip it up, fix it or wear it. It was BRAND new with the labels on, they moved the labels when I asked them not too. They removed the hook and eye and didn't put it back on. Originally this outfit was for my birthday and when I went to collect it the shop was closed and did not open till 9:05am when they are supposed to open at 8am.

I took the item back to ask them what they did, all I get it that they only changed the zip and it's the same size as I brought it in. This is not the case it's 2 sizes too small now, it was a size 10 and its not a size 6, I had all the proof that the outfit fitted me before I took it to them. I also would have not kept it it's the outfit was too small as I gave it to them the day after I got it from ASOS, the zip was broke but ASOS said they would pay for the repair as it fitted perfect and the only issue was the zip.
Even the reception girl said that Item looked very small, she also Mentioned that when changing the zip they sometimes need to bring the martial in a bit ( that's rubbish you don't need to do that). The measurement of the outfit are not the same as when I gave it to them. they even asked if I had put weight on, I got the outfit on 25 Jan and brought it into them on 31st Jan and collect it 23rd Feb there is NOW way someone can put 4inchs of weight on just their back in 3 weeks!!!!

I have asked for the manger to call me and he will not, they wont even give me his contact details. The manger told the reception lady (who is very sweet) that he spoke with the tailor and there is nothing they can do about it. They WILL NOT give me the money back that I paid for the outfit or the money back for the repair. I have to keep chasing

I also gave them another dress at the same time (also a new dress with tags on) to make the zip shorter as it was too long, they also took this dress in by an inch which made it small, but lucky he didn't cut the material on this one and I could get it taken out but its now left my dress with holes in it. They were adamant that they didn't take it in, when you could clearly see that they had.

I am now in the process of contacting trading standards and taking this matter further. I have email ask ASOS to provided sizing evidence

Very unprofessional! I came to get my jeans tailored and when i dropped the jeans off they said they could fix it with no problems and now that the day has come for me to pick up the jeans, they said that they can’t do as asked due to the stitching would have to be different and instead of informing me that on the day i dropped the jeans off, they informed me when I called. ridiculous and completely unprofessional
Also dropped some dresses off here about a month ago and they altered them way too tight to the point i couldn’t fit in it and at first i thought my measurements were wrong however i came to find out that the same thing happened to a lot of my friends when using this service.
