I came in here with a used pair of marked-up ballroom style dinner shoes, looking to see if they had a service where they cleaned the shoes… which they did but I would have to leave my shoes with them and collect on another day. I do not live near so I did not have the luxury of time and the ease of coming back. The gentlemen working behind the counter (who I presume to be the owner) suggested I purchase a shoe cleaning soap spray and clean them from home… which I did. The card minimum is £10 (product was only £6.50) and myself or my partner did not have cash but he suggested going to a cash point round the corner. So my partner went and I stayed in the shop. Within the time that my partner had returned, the legend working there ended up cleaning my shoes and even buffing them with his machinery leaving me with brand new looking pair of shoes and wanted not a penny more. Of course we left him something :). He was so friendly and accommodating. 5 start service! Legend.

Bad experience with the cleaning of my leather boots, they charged me the hole service and just cleaned it portly from outside, they were with dirt due to a festival and they gave it to me full of dirt from inside. Incredible that they charged for that.

White jeans with some stains dropped off; stains came out but new stains on it. It’s a very greasy and dirty place since they do key cutting etc in the same room. They didn’t want to give the money back. Don’t go

Would recommend, Mos and Alex are always very welcoming and they offer a fast but great service everytime I go!

I popped in on a Saturday afternoon with a coat that was missing a button. Happily, they were able to replace it within fifteen minutes, while I waited. Fantastic quality of service. Be aware, there’s a £10 minimum on credit/debit card payments.

I was on my way to the nearest shoe shop when I saw the owner(I think) of this shop was closing the shutters@6pm. I asked him if he could help me as my boots that I was wearing needed fixing desperately-heals started come off completely and I was struggling walking in them. He then kindly invited me into the shop and fixed the heals super quickly! He didn’t charge me either I didn’t have any cash on me. What a gentleman! I was able to enjoy the rest of my evening because of his kindness and good speedy service. Thank you.

I went in and asked if they could press my silk dress, which I needed that evening. The dress was so beautifully pressed, it looked completely different (as it was supposed to look) they were quick efficient and reasonable and a nice side of humor and compliments. Will definitely use them again. Outstanding!
