When I collected my Hugo Boss jumper, an employee of the company pointed out two large holes in the jumper that she claimed to be a result of moths. When I questioned her she continued to make jokes about the incident. When I demanded her to pay for a replacement (as per my legal right) she denied to. I have tried to be in contact with the company via there facebook page but have been ignored consistently. I strongly recommend against taking your clothing here.

I use Suitpreme regularly to clean my work uniforms as they can get quite grubby and these ladies certainly make sure they are returned spotless! A much better job than I could do at home. The service is great, always a pleasure to have a chat and they have gone above and beyond in situations where I've needed a quick turnaround. Thank you to the team for being such a help.

Worst experience would never go there again. I was charged £37 pound to have my jacket dry cleaned which I was hesitant about paying however the woman promised it would return "like new" and "it will be like a brand new jacket". I collected my jacket with it only to look exactly the same as if it had not even been dry cleaned. I tried to speak to the woman afterwards to ask if she she could clean the jacket again as I have payed so much and she threatened to ring the police. Overall I would never go there again and would never recommend this place to anyone.

What an experience never to be repeated. The manageress has aggression and anger issues. (as mentioned on other reviews). I asked very politely for either the coat to be recleaned or a refund of the £36.75 paid. She started to get aggressive from the time I walked in the shop. I was met with aggressive rude tone and she said bluntly No extra clean an No Refund. I asked why are being aggressive towards me and she was more aggressive. I did try to talk but she was rude and arrogant. I was then ignored, belittled and made to feel worthless.The manageress said the coat had would not come out like new libut she did originally say it would be like new. She said I was not being truthful. No Customer Service at all.

I used this business to dryclean my old wedding suit, the results were amazing and it looked brand new again, if only the lady could make me still fit in it. Great service and very professional , would use again and highly recommend

Used this shop a few times, around 5 in total. My stuff has always come back in amazing condition and owner has always been very polite and attentive to me! Will definitely continue to use.
