Smart Set Dry Cleaners

Smart Set have been my dry cleaners of choice for over 10 years. They are conscientious, professional and always courteous. They can be trusted with even the most delicate of items.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

I had basically ruined my cashmere jumpers and scarf by washing them in the washing machine. Smart set dry cleaners managed to make them the right shape and size again, debobble and bring them back to life. My cashmere scarf was ruined as I had dyed the cream blue by washing it on a wool cycle and the dry cleaner managed to get the colour back to new! Couldn’t be happier with my experience. I know take all my cashmere to them and anything else which needs dry cleaning.

Smart Set have been looking after our clothes and more for 15 years. From suits and jackets to curtains and alterations, they always do a great job. Very professional and friendly. Thank you Smart Set :)

Very good dry cleaner that we use weekly. Always perfect service and very quick turnaround when needed. Got all red wine stains out of a light blue coat. Highly recommended!

Worst service I’ve ever had! I went there to ask for a split on a dress and they literally ruined it! A £200 silk dress! It was my mistake that I didn’t check when I went to collect it as I was in a rush.. I trusted them. But it’s unacceptable how they thought I won’t see how terrible was done? I had to spend extra money to get it fix. So disappointed, I don’t recommend at all!

They cleaned my items but they put safety pins though my ties and suit lining, which are quite thin silk so now they all have quite obvious holes in them. Not great.

Great customer service always and always delivers on time.
