An appalling service, with very dishonest staff and management!

I paid upfront and was promised that my garments would be cleaned and ready on time, this promise of service was broken...Followed by blatant lies and weak excuses.

The state of this shop/cleaners is awful and unclean.

Most of the drycleaning, if not all of it is taken to their other branch in Brixton; which is probably just as appalling and useless.

I would not recommend them to anyone and nor would I ever use them again!

Great drycleaning store for the following reasons:

- Friendly, personable staff.
- Consistently good cleaning.
- professional alterations.
- Great Duvets cleaning .
- High standards of cleanliness.

I have been going there regularly for 3 years and they have never disappointed me. All in great shop.

Quality cleaning for a good price compare to other local Drycleaners. I was served by an young man who was very polite and helpful.I also took 3 trousers to be shortened and they did in the same day. Definitly reccomend anyone looking for a trusted local Drycleaners.

Terrible service. I dropped off a dress for altering on the Tuesday and was told it would be done by the following Friday. The following Monday it was still not done with no one informing me of the delays, despite having my phone number. I informed them I had an event I needed the dress for abroad so absolutely had to pick it up the next day and was told their tailor would have it done 'at any cost' by then. I have just been to the shop at the agreed time and it is closed with shutters down and no one answering the phone, so I have no way of retrieving the dress before leaving tomorrow. Extremely disappointed in this

Awful unprofessional service. Items not dry cleaned by agreed time. Then returned to shop at new time agreed and still not ready and shop randomly closed. On third attempt ready, but jacket had marks, looked to be from chemical, and had changed color to dull shade. Jacket ruined. Rude when complained.

Great Service. Very Professional. Clothes came back in great quality looking as vibrant as ever. Lovely guy :)
