Appalling sevice ..items not back after a week and then having to drive around myself between their shops in Hoddesdon and Broxbourne to collect items. Staff were rude. I will not be using them again and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Avoid this shop completely ruined my daughter's wedding dress. Changed nane of shop when bayleifs write disgusting

Gary and his team are great and very good value for money and the work is good. I had a button done for my walking trousers and he made a great job. Thanks
