Professional and fast service for both dry cleaning and repairs and alterations. Use them regularly. Recommended!

I have used their service three times. The first time round they lost my suit without any explanation. They were apologetic and agreed to compensation when I requested it. The suit was later found as apparently it was given out to the wrong customer and eventually returned. The second time the service was ok and they didn't take any money presumably for the stress incurred first time. The third time they burnt my suit and ruined it completely, without even telling me. Only found out at home. Will not go there ever again.

I've used Snow White regularly for the past four years and always gotten very good quality service for dry cleaning and repairs. They've even stayed open a little late once or twice so I could pick up clothes after work.

I went to cut a couple of keys and the guy straight away did them. They don't have any sign saying it is only cash, so when i wanted to pay they told me to go to an atm and come back for my keys. When i arrive home, the key didn't even go inside the door, and i checked it in detail and the keys are absolutely diferent... so disapointed...

I used them few times to repair some clothes and every time I had an issue(they did not repair the clothes properly) . In two occasions they took my payment and then at home I realised they did not fixed my clothes. I won’t use them never again!

Overpriced, not transparent on pricing. They will leave you hanging for 10+ minutes before even acknowledging your presence and performed sub-standard services.

I came in with a bunch of repairs including a jacket that needed all buttons tightened, and another jacket that needed some patch fixes as the fabric was ripping off: the first jacket was half done. The second one, they said half of the repairs couldn’t be done with the machine (that could have been flagged earlier) and they still charged the same amount.

I went to this place 3 times and have been consistently disappointed, so I’m getting beyond giving the benefit of the doubt now, and will have to find those services elsewhere. A bit of a shame…
