Gidea Park Dry Cleaners

Been using this dry cleaners for over 40 years, would never go anywhere else as they always do an excellent job whatever you take into them.
They have also cleaned carpets, furniture and my oven for me to the highest standard.
Extremely friendly service, lovely people who I would recommend to anyone.

fabulous cleaners managed to get a stain out of an expensive dress all hand finished took a couple times to remove it but they did it !! thank god !! definitely recommend

Great service from Craig and his wife Claire, always friendly and so far always on time with orders. Not always managed to completely remove stains, but I think that's because I've left them for too long without taking it to the experts over here at Gidea Park! They've done asian/indian clothing well too, did some items by hand for extra care. Pricing is affordable and good for what you get.

I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service I received and the way the dress come back. I was told the dress would be special care fabric cleaned and pressed the dress that come back to me was a dress with missing stones on the shoulder pads which was never mentioned to me that they may come away in fact I was told that the reason I was paying him for his services is so that they protect the stones on the dress. They was all off when the dress was picked up and no compassion was shown. I then called the shop once home and the manager had a vile attitude towards me and basically putting the blame on the customer. Very rude and disrespectful. Never will I use this company again and I will be letting people know about the manager and his shop. No need for that attitude when it was at no fault of my own this happened. No refund was offered just rudeness

Just had my holiday clothes dry cleaned 1st class service would highly recommend! the staff where super helpful and i will definitely be back.

Called up on very short notice the day before, the person I spoke the over the phone and met the day after was very helpful and did my jacket on very short notice needed for the same day. Great results and very good price in comparison to other dry cleaners I was going to use. Very happy and will use again.

Gidea Park dry cleaners are definitely the best in Essex! I used them after a recommendation from a friend, and they were amazing. Craig is an absolutely legend and expert and he went completely above and beyond to help me with a mark on my wedding dress. Would not hesitate to recommend these to anyone.

I used this service for first time having had a previous bad experience at my local dry cleaners. Had initialy agreed to a two day service for cleaning of a duvet quilt. Having attempted collection twice and assured me they where still trying to dry item for me. On second attempt they offered to deliver same day but ended up being day after and assured me would be with me by midday. they delivered as promised and had done a great job. I gave them the benefit of the doubt having been a large duty item so understood the reasons.

I couldn't fault the staff and customer service was extremely professioal the whole time dealing with them. I would having had this unexpected delay recommend them without a doubt. Im sure this is a five star service without this experience i had with them. Im so happy to be a new customer.
