While their prices are very reasonable and they are very friendly, the last two times I've used them have left me disappointed. The penultimate time I used them, I had to wait for around fifteen minutes while they tried to find my garments. The last time I used them, I turned up a day later than arranged, only to be told that one of the items wasn't ready as they were still working on it to try and remove a stain. While I appreciated the extra effort, I would have also appreciated a call to inform me of the fact, so that I didn't waste my time going there until the items were ready. I have suggested they take customers' phone numbers for this purpose, but I suspect it will have fallen on deaf ears.

Great service at good prices. I would recommend them.
