Duvals Dry Cleaners

I have used this service twice now and for the second time been very disappointed.

The garment I left in was a simple dry clean, I have had the dress dry cleaned else where before and had no issues however this time around there are dark stains still visible and there was also damage to my dress.

The sales person was very un co operative and quite aggressive, and would strongly advise you to never use this service.

I’m all for supporting local businesses and have used Duvals 3-4 times and each time I’ve had an issue with my clothes. Mainly formal suits i’ve Left with them and each time they have over heated the material to make it shine, these are not old clothes and two suits were first time dry cleaning. I had previously taken a silk tie with an stain on which I was told should come out, on collection of my items, the tie was left out which meant a separate visit which was very inconvient and the stain was not removed but I was still charged for the cleaning and inconvenience of having to return to collect the unwearable tie. My last visit, I attach pictures of my suit which was a first dry clean, creased, shine over heated areas and fluff marks and to be told when you get home brush it, so I paid to have cleaned but must clean when I get home??? I have used Duvals for alterations and the service is always friendly and professional. The dry cleaning has always come back spotless. Would recommend.

Was quoted outrageous fees elsewhere with no guarantee of my item being cleaned, went to Duvals, was given a more than reasonable price and my item came back spotless, was also communicated with throughout on the timings.

A mistake was made in the collection of my coat and they delivered the right one to my door.

Terrible company. Do not come here. Overcharged and they won’t give you your clothes back If you’ve lost the ticket.
