Big dislike
Rigid staff, not friendly and extremely expensive for job badly done twice .
First time, they refused to admit they did a bad job while they returned clothes with marks. Second time was just the week after with the same clothes. I did not complain the second time, but decided to never come back. Never again

Never use this company. Mishaps can happen to anyone, but you don’t expect the company of this size and pricing to refuse to take ANY responsibility!
They ruined my favourite Gucci bag. I asked them to try to take the pen mark from the lining and explicitly put in writing not to touch the leather outside. The bag came in such state I could only imagine they put it in the machine and washed it. It was completely destroyed.
I went all the way up to the management and received nothing but arrogant and rude responses.

Staff is friendly and professional. On the pricier side, but you get great hours (open Sat and Sun), and a convenient location. Used them for over a year for dry cleaning and alterations, and not had any issues.

There’s nothing intrinsically wrong with this place in terms of service - the staff were always friendly - but their prices are ridiculous even by affluent NW3 standards. Pricing policies seem to come from head office - being told I’d be charged an extra fee to wash different coloured shirts was the last straw. There is at least one other dry cleaner within a 5-minute walk who do just as good a job for much less cost.

We've been using this dry cleaner for years and we've always had great service. Clothes always come back in perfect condition and staff are always friendly and helpful.

Had the displeasure of meeting this little man with an ego bigger than his little legs. I wanted the guarantee that my woollen coat was going to be in good hands; which he advised me to purchase the premium service for this. I pointed out to him that this insinuates that he wouldn't look after my coat if I purchased the 'standard' service, and he chimped out like I just insulted his mother. He then continued to show off about how he's dealt with more valuable and upmarket goods, and how he has 10 dry cleaners. A laughable, and truly embarrassing experience for this shameful drycleaners.

There's a lovely chap on Fleet Road who happily took my coat; gave me assurance that it was in good hands; and offered me a fraction of the cost for this service.

People of Hampstead, I implore you: LOOK ELSEWHERE

The most horrific service of my life. Totally damaged a £200 jacket accept 0 liability. They just totally lie. The jacket came back shrunk and with damage everywhere. How they can call themselves a reputable business is shocking.

Do not use this joke dry cleaner for cleaning or their third world alterations services. They have no idea of what good practices are. The third-rate staff do not understand quality or service—ignorance at a high price. South End Green Branch.
