I use them regularly to get my shirts laundered - and rate the service highly. Renata is lovely, helpful and efficient. We always have a little chat about our days :) In terms of the laundry service it is quick and efficient, I have never had a problem in terms of the quality or the promptness of the service.

Thos place isn’t fit to serve customers or provide a service. They punctured two holes in a £140 shirt, completely ruining it. That was then made much worse when the owner blamed it on me, raised his voice, and violently smacked his hands on the countertop inches from me when I said the store rightly should take responsibility for this. Thank god there were people on the street outside to stop him getting angrier and more violent.
It’s abusive that stores like this can deny blame for their mistakes when they ruin the property of their customers. I am sure the police will stop them doing it again.

I wouldn't even rate it a 1 star it's absolutely appalling there ever since a great manager went the customer service is terrible. Prices have gone up unbelievably and the workers feel its appropriate to swear at customers. I wouldn't suggest going there at all because of this. If you want your clean clothes to come out dirty I would suggest not going there aswell

I called here to enquire a price about getting my shorts altered. I was told two different prices on the phone. We agreed on a price and I went there in time for them to be open on my way to work. I had to wait outside for 30 minutes as they were not open, which then almost made me late for work. I told them what I wanted for my shorts and they increased the price to what we agreed on the phone and charged me even more for next day delivery and to be ready before 2pm. I was not happy but I agreed to the price. My shorts were not ready by 2pm, but by 6pm. The man got my shorts and they were out of shape, they were so badly altered and they were dirty. I complained and they said they would fix it free of charge. I said ok and I had to wait over a week for my shorts to come back. They were still not altered correctly and didn’t look like they were even corrected. I phoned to complain and said I wanted to speak to the owner but the owner was never available. The employees kept hanging up on me. They were rude. I said I wanted a refund and they refused even though they have ruined my shorts. They offered a discount on my next alteration. I would NEVER go back here. I took my shorts somewhere else and they were shocked by how bad of a job they did on my shorts.

Disgusting customer service. Would never go back here again. They clearly don’t know how to do alterations and clearly can’t clean clothes properly since my shorts came back to me DIRTY.

Horrible service. Would not recommend this. Rude employees. One of my items were missing. Clothes were still dirty and they wouldn't let me speak to a manager. I wanted a refund but they refused.

I absolutely recommend this place! the customer service is second to none and the dry cleaning services is very very good. I use them all the time for shirts, jumpers, suits, etc., and I am always happy to receive my clothes in excellent conditions. Thank you
