Unit One London Dry Cleaners

NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP - I got my overcoat and a jacket dry cleaned from this shop on 8th June 2016 and it came back with wrinkles and stain marks as if the dry clean had never happened. When I explained that this to the shop owner, he rudely started flaunting the size of his business and showed no respect to my concerns. He was rude, arrogant, did not let me speak, and even intimidated with his aggressive body language. In the end, he arrogantly offered to re-do the dry cleaning but his behaviour put me off and I decided to go to another shop to get the job done. NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP!!

Not nice at all. My partner came in to wash my jacket and the place was disgusting. I came to know that there were three other people working in there too that didn’t get paid properly. This place needs to be shut down and cleaned thoroughly. It’s a massive hygiene problem going on. The last lad that worked there was actually trying, always greeted everyone with a smile and actually cared about the people that he was serving. But the owner of the shop hardly says a word and is always in a rush. The lad cleaned and even tried his best to keep up with the owners pace. But even when he was interacting with customers to provide his maximum customer service, he used to just get told off for “spending too much time or waisting time” speaking with customers. It’s disgusting how this person treats his staff. Poor customer service too from the owner. I will never go back there again. This place is draining for anyone that works or worked there. No wonder no one ever stops there and enjoys themselves whilst working!
Really unprofessional place to work at too.
Please avoid at all costs!!

Amazing customer service. Gave my 2 piece suit, with numerous stains on it, to get tailored, and got it back the next day - Completely spotless, pressed and a perfect fit.

I have used this shop for years for dry cleaning and the occasional tailoring.

They even tailored the sleeves on my Leeds Rhinos rugby league shirt.
