EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER CARE

I recently sent for cleaning a curtain which had been badly splashed with water from a radiator leak. It was returned to me with a severely damaged lining and still dirty fabric. When I took it to their Agent I told them circumstances causing its requiring cleaning.
When I complained about its condition and the damage I was told that it was caused by its having been wet! They knew this because I had told them, and also because the water stain was clearly visible.
Despite being forewarned and the evidence of their own eyes, and knowing of a possible risk of damage, they continued with the process leaving me with a ruined curtain. If they had asked me if I still wanted it cleaned, it would have been my decision, but they did not!
They have offered "mediation" but I was not told by whom or under what circumstances, but I would have to pay £170 - refundable if they were found to have been at fault.
They have refused to compensate me for the curtain they have ruined.
If all else fails I shall be taking it to the Small Claims Court.

Appalling service and rude, unhelpful staff. They damaged an expensive coat while dry cleaning and weeks later I've still not been able to resolve or speak to a manager. Also still waiting for a leather jacket to be dry cleaned which they've had for over a month! Shocking to deal with, a member of staff hung up on me twice and they've failed to return calls despite promising to update me. Avoid at all costs!!

DO NOT USE FOR WEDDING DRESS CLEANING. Dress came back still dirty and with a huge rip in it! I had to send my dress back to them for them to even own up to ruining my wedding dress. I told them very clearly to not fix it as they ruined it in the first place, so why would I want them to fix it. They received my dress on a Friday and when I asked to speak to someone, the person on the phone told me no one was available despite saying he will go and speak to his manager. The office was then shut over the weekend so my dress was somewhere in Birmingham - I had no idea where it was or who had touched it (as it had been cleaned I didn't know if they had then made it dirty again). They stitched it back together at some point, without my consent and sent me my dress back on the Monday with no communication - it was lucky for them I was home as I have no idea what would have happened if I wasn't. The driver was very nice and polite - its the company who are awful! The stitching doesn't match the original seam so it looks bizarre. I paid for someone to rip my dress and return it back to me still dirty. No email response to formal complaint, terrible phone service, uncaring staff. If it was any other item of clothing I wouldn't be as annoyed but it’s my wedding dress and they showed no respect to the dress or me. DO NOT USE.

They have cleaned one of my designer dress. They have done such an amazing job and very quick service. The lady was really nice who was at the counter and explained everything to me well. I disagree with previous reviews as they are really professional and the service is spot on. I highly recommend them definitely coming back. Best dry cleaners at Worcester.

Easy to park. Cleaned and ready to collect within 3 days. Reasonable price. Item cleaned and pressed to my satisfaction.

DO NOT USE.
7 phone calls today trying to find out when my wifes wedding dress will be ready, as it is our anniversary tomorrow. Apparently now not ready until Monday (5 days later). This despite handing it in over a week ago and ticket saying due by tomorrows date. Lied to by various managers who just pass on the buck. Told I would be rang back and them no one rings. No offer of money off so I will be still spending £90 on a present that will be 5 days late because of their mistake. Truely awful service.

It gets better!!!! Just picked up my wifes dress and it is still filthy. Its ok though, they 'did the best they can'. Still charged me £90. It was only when i was complaining and other customers came in store the women behind counter offered me £40 off.
Completely ruined an anniversary surprise. Cost me £50, 9 phone calls and 4 visit to the store. Shambles.

DONT USE DRY CLEANING SERVICES FROM THIS STORE!!!
5 DAYS LATE - ITEM SENT TO CARDIFF BY MISTAKE & LIED TO SAY THEY’D CALLED & RECEIVED MY PERMISSION IN ORDER TO DO SO!
WHEN I FINALLY WENT TO COLLECT, ITEM HAS NOT EVEN BEEN CLEANED!!!!

I took a throw to be dry cleaned on the 8th December was due to be picked up 14th December, but I went on the 17th the throw apparently wasn’t for n the shop and they couldn’t find it, the bloke told me to come back Monday 19th. We went and collected the throw brought it home to find they haven’t even washed it. So we have returned it for to be dry cleaned again , and we have been told Thursday for collection. We have also asked for a refund to be told they don’t do refunds.
