Barries Dry Cleaning Sittingbourne

I took my coat there after it had been left with a large black mark on the front by another dry cleaners. They were quickly able to identify the other company's mistake and managed to remove the mark on my coat, despite having to clean it 3 times.

Very knowledgeable and the service was great.

This dry cleaners is in the town and not far from parking. The staff and owner are all very friendly and helpful. They do a good job of the dry cleaning. We use them regularly. Once we accidentally left a sizeable amount of money in a suit pocket. They called us and asked if we left money in the jacket. My husband forgot he had so said no. They then called us back and said no you definitely have and were honest about it. Nice trustworthy local independent business.

Got my jeans tailor fitted for the Easter weekend. They were done same day with brilliant detailing. Would highly recommend, very approachable staff. I will definitely be using this place in future!

Always a professional and friendly service from Barrie's. I have been using them for dry cleaning for a while but today,on the off chance, took a handbag for repair as the lining had gone. I did not expect them to do leather repairs but the bag was whisked away and in less than 5 minutes the lining was fixed ! Thank you Barrie's!

Very nice gentlemen to deal with, excellent customer service. I had a dress altered for a wedding I was going to, once I picked it up and tried it on at home, the stitching came undone (my fault) and once I phoned him, he was very kind, asked me to bring the dress in straight away and redone the alteration quickly, staying open late for me to pick up. Would go there again, thank you :)

I brought my super king size duvet to wash and the guy made up the craziest price ever:£40!!!! I paid £20 just last year in another place. The price was an extortion and I went to another place to get charged half the price. I definitely won’t come back.

He charged me 20£ for trousers-shorten!! Worse part is right leg was longer than other. .Absolutely disgusting.. Never go this place

First time using this service and I'm unimpressed. It seems they take advantage of being the only dry cleaners on the high street and in the wider area. The attendant rang up the order so quickly I didn't even have a chance to ask the cost... had I known I would've taken it up to London when I'm there next- 1 suit cost £15 and 1 suit jacket cost £12.50... good customer service would have suggested to bring a pair of trousers in to make it better value for money - if not this time then next time, which is unlikely as I won't be going back if I can help it! On collection the attendant barked at me "No cards, cash only! I told you this!" He definitely didn't! Not a smile, thanks or please. Very poor customer service.
