Complete and utter scam artists . asked these guys to put a new zip on my girlfriends dress for my sisters wedding . They were also supposed to take up the dress to . Charged me £50 and done nothing other than put the old zip back on the runner and put the dress on a hanger . Came to the day of the wedding zip came off in the same place that it was before and it had not been taken up . Our fault for trusting that these guys actually done the job that they charged us for . She ended up having to wear a different dress and not match everyone else on the wedding day . Major disappointment never use these guys again and would like my money back

Horrible!! I have just picked up my husband's jacket and it is completely ruined. Its a very good quality jacket from REISS and now it has white marks all over the jacket, mainly on seams. I am devastated as it was an expensive present for my husband which he can not wear anymore :( besides this is a second jacket that this place damaged but before I blamed a quality of the material. Now I know it was not the case and this place must use some bad chemicals.

Took a coat in today with broken zip.asked for a new zip to be fitted.checked zip.fixed it with pliers.no charge.could of charged for a new zip but didn't..thank you for being honest

Tailored a blazer for me, the service was quick and the staff was friendly. This is the third time I've used H&A for amendments and I find them efficient and always extremely helpful. I will be using them again.

Was better when it opened before you'd go into work, now it opens whenever they can be bothered to wake up after 9. Had to take my business elsewhere.

I have used them for cleaning and has been satisfied but my expectations were surpassed when I needed some alterations to an old jacket/coat (family heirloom) that needed repairs to the lining. I was worried the repair would affect the character of the coat but I was so impressed. They managed to match the material and the workmanship was exceptional. This coat has now been passed to my son with express instructions to take good care of it!

They damaged 1 of my jackets and blamed it on the
chemicals. They told me my jacket has been sorted and when they asked for payment i thought to check before leaving the shop and noticed that the jacket was still faulty. They lied and attempted to take full payment.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this cleaners.I picked up completely not cleaned 3 pieces of clothes.I am sure about it because I checked very properly before I dropped it off to them.They only steamed it in my opinion, all stains and marks like were like before.Gentlemen explained himself that “not everything coming off darling”, but there’s a weak explanation because I was the owner of dry cleaners and I know exactly what to expect from dry cleaning service.Shame, because it was close to my house, but I will have to find a good service, who doesn’t have to call me darling but will do their job, because I pay for it.I do not recommend this place.
