I used to live in Warrington where over a period of 6 years was attacked 3 times. Was one of the reasons I moved
As living in a flat you cannot always have your own drier. Would really recommend their facilities as there is always a member of staff on the premises

If you visit during the week is give it 1 star only as the worker Julie's overcharged us for months and our laundry just thrown in the bag when as a service wash your charged for folding etc.
Also we've found crisps etc in our laundry was not there when we handed it in had to put those items back to be washed.
Also expect to wait 3_ 4 hours for your service wash to even when handed in at 8 am.

I'd give 5 stars for the weekend though when Lisa's on duty friendly professional and efficient she does it in 2 hours turnover always gives advice when asked about stains etc she's never overcharged.

She's the only reason we use this Launderette on the weekends and at all.

The owners friendly to good choice of machines.

Used to dry 2 loads of washing, various size tumble dryers available. Accept 20p coins for 2 minutes a piece and £1 for 10 minutes so great if you get a 10 minute cycle and need an extra 2 minutes to completely dry everything. Will definitely use again.

Items were shrunk on a service wash. No information was requested upon delivery of the loads to the launderette other than the darks, whites colours etc. When raising my complaint I was told it is my responsibility to highlight any “specialist” requirements. A simple tumble dry low, medium or high garment instruction does not constitute a “specialist” instruction in my book

Staff super, and ironing very good value , have been going for years. The only real concern is Covid restrictions, not good , masks need to be worn by customers and notices to say as such. Better ventilation in customer area.

Often drop our ironing here - always done to a high standard. Would recommend to anyone who can afford it; saves us a lot of time!
