Clean Scene Dry Cleaners Wembley

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER!
We have used dry cleaners for many years now, and I am yet to receive such terrible service.

We were told that our dry cleaning would be ready for a particular day, and instead of apologising for not meeting this required time, I was bombarded with excuses, rude behaviour and harassment!

I strongly suggest staff retraining to be conducted on how to give good courteous customer service, and if in future a customer's need can not be met, merely apologise to the customer and adhere to good customer service at all times.

For anyone who wants to do their dry cleaning swiftly and expect good service, do NOT go here, instead venture to other establishments near by that are far far better!

I have used this dry cleaners for 10+ years. Since when it was just the owner and his wife up to now when it’s his daughter working with them. I’ve tried all the other dry cleaners up the road, these are by far the best service/price/finish wise. Good customer service, good finish on my work shirts/trousers. Not sure what these other comments are about but this is not the experience I’ve had over these many years.

Superb service and clothes always returned perfectly cleaned and pressed (dresses, shirts, coats and suits). Turn around times have also been very quick and much faster than other places I have used.

I’ve also had three pairs of boots re-heeled and they were returned in great condition. I strongly recommend!

Got five keys cut here this afternoon for a new lock cylinder and all five keys work better than the three original keys that came with the cylinder. So i will definitely be visiting again, to get more keys cut.

I have been using this dry cleaners now for the last 6-12 months and I can say that the service is friendly and incredible. I’ve had my trainers cleaned, and they come out like new every time. I’ve also been for general cleaning of my clothes and alterations and the service has always been great and the best price wise that I have found in the area of north london. If you ever need a key cut as well, then they also offer this service, and they do it very well.

Professional, friendly, understanding, flexible, knowledgable and a fantastic, reaspnably priced all round service which I would not hesitate to recommend!!

I placed 9-suits with Clean Scene to have dry cleaned, and to have alterations and fixes of varying degrees of difficulty attended too.

I was not disappointed! I received my suits back beautifully cleaned and presented.

The alterations - for which time and care was taken to discuss, with suggestions offered at the time - were undertaken to a very high standard: I could not be happier.

I received service with a smile, andcwas able to arrange pick-up well before 9am, which was most convemient.

I would urge anyone who needs a garment dry cleaned, altered or fixed to give this place a try. It will not didappoint.

And they can cut keys also!!!
