Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars, so will stick to 1.

Gave them loads of clothes for ironing only. The work was sub-standard, and the tee shirts had crease lines even as we brought them home. One of my wife's dress and one of my shirts were so badly done it looked like they just missed them in the lot.

I took back a smaller lot to show them and was met with the rudest behaviour I have seen for a while from behind the counter.

Actual quotes, delivered very rudely:
- "This dress should be dry cleaned, this is as much we can do."
- "You were the ones who didn't want the tee shirts on a hangar, how can you complain now?" (well I did tell them no need to waster hangers, but then I didn't know they were worse than me in folding clothes. And that doesn't excuse the rudeness anyway)
- "This shirt is ironed so bad, it is not my work." (not sure what he meant, looked like he was suggesting I was trying to sneak in a fresh shirt to be ironed. Some scam idea!)

I am taking my business elsewhere, I suggest you do the same. Plenty of options in the area.

I was in desperate need of getting my underpants cleaned so popped in here on the off chance. I was not dissapointed. They sorted out my skids in no time and left my knickers smelling minty fresh. 10/10 would recommend

I've used this dry cleaners a couple of times and have been satisfied, but the most recent time I used them I lost my ticket - I'm sure this has happened to many before. Having described every detail of the item perfectly, the lady firstly said they didn't have it. It turns out they did have it, having asked her to look again and present the item to me, but refused to give it to me as I don't have the ticket. No one but the item owner (me) could describe it like I did. Quite disappointed... wonder if I’ll get it back

Ana is very nice person who does really good service. My shirts had Make-up marks and when I collected, couldn’t recognise them as it was cleaned on professional level

She does: alterations, shoes repairs, dry cleaning and same day ironing service also

Terrible experience with this place. Went there once with 3 pieces for repairs and the lady was not able to tell how much they would charge for it. I left my phone number and she told me she would send me a message with the price. 2 days later she hadn’t so I went there again and she still didn’t know the price. Again promised to message me and didn’t. The third time I went there they had done the repairs without my confirmation and the person who attended me was really rude. Unbelievable.

I´ve tried really hard, gave them all the reasonable chances as I´d like to support local business and they are a bit cheaper than their competitors, but I had bad experiences three consecutive times. First, they gave me a wrong shirt. On the second time, they couldn´t find another piece I had left to wash. It took weeks to get it back. Finally, I left a bag to fix. The lady told me it´d be ready on a Friday as I had to travel next day. It wasn´t ready and they didn´t let me know beforehand, as promised. I even gave them a last chance, left the bag to be fixed and when I came back weeks later, they´ve decided not to do the job. They are not trustworthy and can be very unprofessional.

I really wanted to support this place as it’s a local business and gave them another chance after an awful experience but was let down again.

The first time I had a dress to dry clean and a few repairs (hem and side seam). I went a few days after the collection date and it was only dry cleaned, but there was a big stain which they hadn’t told me that they couldn’t remove when I picked it up. I explained the repairs again and went back a second time after the new date and only the side seam was done. They gave me a new date and predictably on the third visit they still hadn’t done the hem and knew nothing about the dress even with the ticket but told me to come back. The same happened on the 4th visit 6 weeks later - a complete waste of everyone’s time. After that I spoke to the manager and he said he would get the hem repaired and also try special chemicals on the stain to get it removed, which they did finally on the 5th visit almost 3 months later. Which begs the question why they never did the special chemicals in the first place.

I decided to give them another go to do a small repair job on my son’s uniform on a Monday afternoon and spoke to the man to get it done asap and he said collection on Wednesday afternoon. I sent someone to collect on my behalf but had misplaced the ticket so she went and told them the description and that I went on Monday. The woman said she couldn’t find anything with that description and asked for the ticket and my friend said that it had been lost. She called the man whom I presume is the manager and after speaking in a foreign language she hung up and told my friend to go to a different dry cleaners around the corner as the coat was not here and that I had made a mistake and sent it there.

I went back that same evening with the ticket and this time the man was there recognised me and remembered that I had bought it on Monday, but said that the women made a mistake and sent it for dry cleaning instead, the story then changed again and said he sent it for dry cleaning when I questioned why she said she didn’t know anything about the coat. The story kept on changing every time but what was really dishonest was that when they thought I didn’t have the ticket they sent us to the other dry cleaner saying that they didn’t have it here and we’d made a mistake. I still don’t have the coat but they said they will have it tomorrow.

Meanwhile my son still doesn’t have his uniform

Terrible service, terrible cleaning, extremely disorganised and unprofessional staff. Avoid, avoid, avoid

Update - I went the next day and received the jacket with an awful repair job. They said they had sent the coat for dry cleaning which was why there was confusion but the jacket was not dry cleaned (still had my child’s stickers on!). I have had to take the coat elsewhere for the job to be fixed

I wanted to support the trade in my neighbourhood, but unfortunately it’s very unreliable. I left some pants for stitching. I went on the collection date and they weren’t ready. I gave them another chance, left my number in case they have more delay and came back 4 weeks later while they promised to repair it within a week. The pants were still not ready and I didn’t receive a call. I am taking the pants somewhere else. Just a waste of time for everyone involved. Quite disappointing.
