Aylesbury Dry Cleaners & Alterations

I needed my husband's new suit trousers to be turned up properly. The gentleman let him try the trousers on in the shop and adjusted the length to suit. I collected them a few days later and they are much improved.
All very courteous service and a reasonable price.

Terrible service from start to finish. I wanted a 2 piece suit altered, I expected to be measured but I wasn’t, I was just asked to put pins in the jacket and trousers where I wanted them taken up to. Luckily I guessed correctly, but it shouldn’t be up to the customer to mark where the alterations should be made. I asked for a price but was told I would be given a price once the job had been done. I dropped the suit off on a Tuesday afternoon and arranged to collect it on Thursday evening. Upon collection I was told the price was £40 which is extortionate, but by that point there was nothing I could do about it. I will never use this place again.

Shirt given back with marks and then blamed for it!!

Got home after collecting some dry cleaning and noticed one shirt had a large mark on it.

When I took it back (within a few hours, still in the plastic cover) they tried to blame us, claiming the mark wasn't there when they gave it back!

They did offer to wash it again, but after basically being told we're liars I left and will be getting it dry cleaned elsewhere.

The other items were okay but the customer service has completely put me off.

I won't be returning here again.

Quick Edit - Owner offered compensation which I took. Owner then called me at 6.30pm swearing at me, every name under the sun.

Absolutely horrible experience, I would leave 0 stars if possible. First time using a dry cleaners in Aylesbury. Gave roughly 15kg of washing and drying to be done including 10 tshirts worth approximately £3,000. All the clothes were shrunk a lot and many items were discoloured. Clearly they never separated the wash, the customer service was appalling and they essentially never take/took blame.

I am using them services for nearly 3 years or more clean all my suits and shirts form them never had any problems nice cleaning and high quality work really good and professional highly recommended 1000 percent

Absolutely fantastic! Took a pair of trousers to be taken up, not only did they do them quickly for me, the quality is brilliant and they are really reasonably priced! Won’t go anywhere else now

I recently took 4 skirts in for complicated alterations and they did a splendid job at a very reasonable price. They had the skirts for 5 days. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. They employ a very experienced person I don’t think I can use the word seamstress anymore. I would definitely use them again and most certainly recommend them. So pleased.

I took my wedding gown for alterations and they did a great job of it and pressed it afterwards. They did a great job very happy with them. I was quite worried about the alterations but the gown was really good.
