What can I say! I took a bridesmaids dress to Spencer's for a clean...I didn't hold much hope as I wore it a few years ago and it had so many stains on it (signs of a brilliant wedding 😂)...anyway..I can't thank Spencer's enough...firstly, they got all the stains out, bar one..but when I picked it up they went above and beyond to get that final stain out ...and they managed it ! Their customer service is always amazing but this time they went ever further! ..if ANYONE in the Crawley area needs anything dry cleaned then I implore you to go to Spencer's. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Spencer's, you exceeded all expectations and have provided me with a dress I can wear again!

Had 2 maxi dresses shortened for my daughter’s wedding, one for the mother of the bride and one bridesmaid dress. The alterations and service were both excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing alterations sevice. Had the sleeves on a new winter coat altered. Literally couldn't tell the difference between the finished alteration and the original. Highly recommended.

The lady could not do the alterations, I wanted but gave me great advice. Very good and friendly customer service. recommend.

Was looking for a quality drycleaner to wash n dry my duvet professionally. Also my mother required her curtains drycleaned as they were quite worn over the years. Gotta say.... TOP QUALITY service.. the duvet like brand new again in a pukka bag and the curtains i couldn't belive they were the same that I gave. Awesome attention... looked new and smelt fresh and well presented in wraps after they were drcleaned. Very competitive pricing as well. Thanks Spencers 😊 🙂👍👍👍

Very friendly and professional, will definitely use Again.

Took my sons teddy in to be washed and let this company have it for 2 weeks, when I picked it up, the teddy wasn’t washed and still wet from the wipes I used on it pre wash.

Probably ok with basic stuff but teddies etc, don’t waste your time here.

I’ve dealt with the teddy myself and now is all saved.

Won’t be using this company again.
