I drop some polos to be cleaned & was told it would be ready @ 4pm. When I went to collect it it was still in the washer. I had no choice but to take it wet since I am only visiting the UK and was travelling the next day. The owners was also having an argument over the polos since it wasn't ready and when the man asked the lady there to assist him I saw her grabbing them from his hand. Thank God non was damaged.

Absolutely shocking prices would never ever use again better off doing it yourself some off the ironing didn't look like it been done but couldn't be bothered to go all way back there to complain

Dirty, Rundown, Most of the dryers out of order, But the ones that did work was drying on cold air even on a high setting, And as for the man that worked there... Well sat on his arse really unless he had no choice but to get up.. Then we got a slight mumble & Needs lessons in customer service... RIDICULOUS!!!
