I went because of the good reviews about their service, but I found the attitude of their staff highly off-putting. The first time I went, I was met with a staff who was not just cold but dismissive and passive aggressive. I thought he must have had a bad day, which happens to everyone. When I went in again to collect my stuff (cleaning took a lot longer than other places I had been to), I was met with a different staff who was even worse. I consider myself a polite person so I can’t understand why I was met with such hostility. This is my local dry cleaner but I would rather go somewhere further away from me.

I have brought my much-loved pair of heels to get a needed repair. The work has been done quickly and very well. They are as good as new and I can't wait to wear them again. Price was fair too, so highly recommended.
