Waterside Dry Cleaners

As I promised to the lovely owner, I would write a review as I am thrilled with your service.

I have recently been using the waterside dry cleaners for alterations and dry cleaning. I luckily stumbled across them getting off the train at Pontoon Dock.
I brought in 1 pair of trousers a few weeks ago to see if I could have the trouser length taken up, waist width reduced and a tapering around the leg. I appreciate that this is quite a lot of work. Upon receiving the trousers back I was so impressed with the outcome that I recently returned last week with another 18 pairs of trousers that I have accumulated and yet to have altered. I received all of them back within just a few days and extremely happy with all alterations.

One pair in particular was a bespoke pair of Tom Ford trousers that I was rather worried to alter due to the delicate material. Waterside Dry Cleaners decided to send them out to an extremely detailed tailer who did a wonderful job. I am very happy with the overall service you guys provide.

I live very close by and I must say how great it is for me to have a trustworthy dry cleaners and alterations team so close to my home. Convenience and excellence. You now have a loyal customer.

They are not only very unfriendly, they are also taking the piss….
I waited 1 hour outside with other customers to get my clothes back.
They just left a note on the door next to the open sign.
They always sound very grumpy and unhappy to serve you.
Not a good place to go at all.

This is the best dry cleaner in town. Friendly and great service. Folding my shirts was the best thing they ever did. Keep shirt neat when travelling. Great work guys!!

To be honest not sure why there are negative reviews in this place. They treated me amazingly well. Super professional and very clean. I have been using waterside for a few years and have not had any issues. They know and have a great understanding of materials and fabrics.

My clothes are always looked after very well.

I’m super happy with them and would highly recommend them.

Omar and his team have been bringing my clothes back to life for 5 years now! The service has been 10/10 every time! I moved away from the area and I still use the same service because no body does it better! Thanks again guys!

I’ve been a customer for many years and the service they provide has been great!
I’ve had shirts, jeans, suits, coats, jackets, wool and other types of fabrics dry cleaned to my satisfaction.
The staff are always polite, always go the extra mile, and simply get the job done. I feel they are part of the local community and have adapted very well to changes in the area over the years. Recommended!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I went to them for professional dry cleaning and they absolutely ruined my designer item, and the other teams weren’t even clean!!! There was still makeup stains on them so not sure what exactly I paid for. For my ruined t shirt which can not be worn again, they didn’t even mention anything until I flagged it while they were getting my stuff ready and they tried to say that’s how I brought it in which was infuriating. Why the hell would I oh to get a damaged item dry cleaned? They took zero responsibility which is incredibly unprofessional. I WILL NOT be going there again and if you want to get your items tended to in a professional and proficient place, do not visit this establishment.

My first experience with Waterside Dry Cleaning was unfortunately not great.

Dry cleaned a luxury winter jacket came back clean but broken.

I didn't appreciate the no honesty from the shop when it came to this issue.

I guess that it was hard to admit a damage on a luxury jacket.

This was my first and personal experience.

The jacket was extremely clean apart from that.
