Dry Cleaning Express

Just ran through the negative reviews and with my experience of using this dry cleaners I can not relate to anyone's problems. The service here is great and my clothes are always perfect condition when they give it back. Unhappy customers are more willing to write reviews than the happy ones just to "take revenge"...

Zahra is fantastic. Shirts were well-cleaned and returned as promised. I really want to com back, but the shop down the road is offering 5 shirts for 10 gbp. Perhaps Zahra’s boss will run a promotion so I can come back. Cheers, Xavier

Used this dry cleaner twice and been disappointed both times. First time they left a mark on a shirt and second time they said they could remove a stain from a tie and didn’t.

Great service!! Zahra went massively above and beyond by returning to the shop 15 minutes after closing to return my suit to me (which I needed for a Wedding the following day). It was completely my fault for not checking/considering the closing time after Zahra had even notified me via message about this earlier that day. Zahra's service wasn't expected at all. I will certainly be returning to Dry Cleaning Express for future dry cleaning services.

During the pandemic, our laundry service was shut down near King Edward St. This place seemed to be the ideal location near the office as it's near by & more so very reasonable on prices for 5 shirts which I get done weekly. Kudos to Zara who is always behind the counter no matter what time of day. She is simply magnificent with the customer service which is lacking nowadays elsewhere, the friendly, courteous service is refreshing. This is the go to place for me for my laundry needs. Simply fantastic!!

Zara is such a wonderful lady! She helped me fix my zip on such a cold day! I would be freezing without her and can't thank her enough! I'd happily come back here just for her hospitality.
