Could not be happier with the service. I went in with a rush alteration job that I needed done next day, the person in the shop let me know it is usually 5 days but sensed my desperation (I tried to do it myself and did not do a good job) they got the job done for me in time and the price was very reasonable. The help was very much appreciated.

After 2 collections of the coat NOT being cleaned, the third attempt RUINED the £300 coat. It took 5 trips back to the shop to get any reasonable answer. A refund was also near impossible. An email was proposed of what they did to take to the retailer but of course they failed on this too. Very poor

The best customer service I have received in a while. People behind the D&L Cleaners in Epsom are kind, professional and extremely helpful. My evening dress looks brand new, thank you! I will be returing

I have been to this place many times over the last couple of years but today's experience was just appalling. The guy at the store was straight rude and highly unprofessional. I always support local businesses however I can't forgive such a ill-tempered behaviour and do not recommend this business.

I've been using their service for more than 10 years and I can tell they're professional in any terms. very nice and friendly people as well

Don't understand why the prices differ every time you go in....not happy!

Very poor service, unprofessional, incompetent resulting in the ruin of my expensive coat - no compensation offered - in fact refused. Will never use them again.
