Very poor service.
I had called the previous day to arrange for some uniform to be washed, however when arriving at the shop I was told that they do not do this and was told by the shop assistant to go to go somewhere else!

Hygiene is appalling. As seen in the pictures, a carrot and a pea pod fell out of the washing machine as we took our clothes out. Before putting the clothes in, we had to take dirt out of it.

I have used this dry cleaners previously and been reasonably satisfied. However yesterday I went in with a couple of dresses to have cleaned and was disappointed that I’d made the trip specially and was told the computers were down and they weren’t taking anything. Which in itself is a pain but fine, however the woman was quite abrupt, borderline rude.

Today I called to find out whether they were operational and she was definitely rude. I will not be going back. All it took was a small pleasantry or apology for the inconvenience because these things happen right? But she really could not give a monkeys. Shame!!

Worst dry cleaning company since Sheila left or now does Saturdays. Ruined clothing messed up order and although I try to support local companies never will I use this shoddy outfit again. Staff don’t speak good English except Sheila and very rude. I would sooner take my washing to a river to clean than use these unprofessional outfit

Lil bit expensive but overall okay

Poor quality - did not clean what was a simple job of dry cleaning a few suits and when we asked to redo it there was a reasonable push back and clearly they did not even attempt to do it. We paid for dry cleaning which was clearly not done.
