City Slickers

I recently had my Canada Goose jacket dry "Cleaned" here, it came back with the red emblem running and staining the white red. There where countless tide marks all over it. It actually came back in a worse state than when it went in.

On top of this when i confronted them about it i was met with the response that, and i quote "I have been doing this for longer than you have been born" implying that i was in the wrong, after a few exchanges he began to raise his voice and be extremely disconcerting and condescending. Actually a very vulgar man.

Please Please don't make the same mistake i did having ruined a £950 jacket. Avoid these people like the plague. Words cannot describe the lack of care for customers and the attitude of one particular man in there.

i asked for a refund and was laughed out the door.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Went in to get my watch battery replaced. The guy is super friendly.

Dropped my watch off, was told it'll be £8.95 and take 15 minutes but I can pick it up at a time that's convenient for me. Popped back a few hours later on my lunch break, picked up my watch, paid and left. In and out in a flash.

Got a receipt for 1 year warranty and again, the guy was super nice.

I had some UGG boots which were perfectly fine, but the sole was worn down and I kept slipping. They did an amazing job to build up my sole and I am really happy and amazed with the excellent work! It wasn't cheap at £40, but well worth it for a pair of boots that cost over £200 and I can see many more years of use in them now. Surely it beats having to buy a new pair of boots.
I also had the fastening of a rucksack fixed before which was done great too.
Definitely some fantastic craftsmanship! Much recommend!

Quite disappointed, had my coat dry cleaned for £15 the arms still had creases and didn’t smell or look fresh.

I used them to duplicate a set of keys. I payed just over £23 but when I got home and tested them, absolutely NONE of those keys were working. So I went today to ask for a refund (since I didn't want to risk having to come back again) but they said to come back the next day at 8. I explained that, due to the nature of my work, I only travel to the City once a month, the copies were made a month ago, and so I can't be there tomorrow morning. The refund was still refused for the reason that I should've come back the second day after I realized the keys were not working... So this was literally just like throwing money over the window. I'm not sure what is the quality of the other services they are offering but for key cuts, I would certainly avoid them (unless you want to keep going back until they cut them properly)...

Very happy with their job! My blazers look like new and they have done an amazing job fixing the zips from my trousers and sewing some parts that were broken.

Had a dry cleaning emergency when my suit jacket was potentially ruined and the team was able to dry clean it immediately and saved the jacket, which looked as good as new. Saved the day.
