I am working in Local block of flats, and we regularly use this company for our residents.
Residents are very happy with the service, also i realized, that it is excellent and now i'm doing it myself!

They are good at cleaning but the tailor is very amateur. A few times I took my trousers to make it shorter and one leg was about 3 cm shorter than the other. It is disappointing as it was the same problem a few times, and I needed to go there again to fix it. The final result was still 1 cm shorter so I had to find a professional tailor.

Super nice people, went for an emergency and needed my duvet cleaned within the day and they were the only one who told me they could do it -- and they did! Not only that but they reassured me I could come back and pick my laundry on time even if I had a setback in the afternoon and was afraid to not make it by the time they would close. Good price too. Kind, efficient, and helpful, definitely recommended!

So rude. Called about a fixing service for trousers and hung up the phone on me multiple times. Unprofessional.

I've had 2 of my leather jackets altered here, very professional and an excellent job done. I'll be returning to them in the future.
