Donna (one of the workers here) did an awesome job with my suit, was professional, did not rushed me because wanted to make sure everything was properly done. And always aware of the social distance that is so important right now. I honestly advice this service.

I took my suit in for dry cleaning this morning, Donna managed to get it back to me in the same day. She couldn't have been more helpful if she tried. I will definitely be going back, primarily based of the outstanding level of customer service

So arrived at 13.30 today with my outdoor heavy black coat that I had managed to spill a full cup of Costa Coffee on yesterday. The lady who served me was very knowledgeable and explained there was some risk that the stain might not come out if there was a lot of sugar in the coffee but as it was black was fairly confident. I also explained that there was a problem with one of the pockets which she took a look at and advised she could fix it for me fairly easily and it would make the coat hang correctly. Advised would be ready in 2 days so imagine my surprise when I get a text 3 hours later to say it has all been done! £15 for Dry Clean and £7.50 for the repair and I now have what looks like a new coat 😊. A fantastic job and lady who served me provided excellent Customer Service (sorry I forgot your name 😞). I will definitely visit again for any future cleaning needs ✅

Excellent service! Needed a zip on my waterproof trouser leg fixed, the receptionist managed to sort it out free of charge whilst I was in store. Bless
