Very good manager, clothes are clean and customer service is excellent . I will use again.

Terrible experience - had a few items to get washed and came back without my favorite blouse. When I went by to see if they had it - the owner, Andy, aggressively told me it was not his fault and had to be with my other things - which it was not. Never took any responsibility or apologized! Beware if you want to keep your clothes!

Andy is an incredibly personal manager. Very charming. Nothing is too much. The quality of his dry cleaning and laundry is second to none and I have high end items from Escada, Armani and Gucci as well as my White Co linen. He looks after everything impeccably. Wouldn't go elsewhere.

After looking at the options of dry cleaning in Henley I decided to try use Lilly Dry Clean and I'm more than happy I did.

I needed a suit and stained shirt dry cleaned for a wedding and Andy not only did an amazing job, but he called me a full day ahead of when I needed it by in order to let me know it was ready for collection as he knew it was urgent.
