I had trousers taken in at the waist at the Esher branch of the American Dry Cleaning Company and they made an absolute mess of what should have been a straightforward alteration, leaving a massive bulge on the back seam. I took the trousers back to complain and was rudely dismissed by the person serving that day because I had not returned within 48 hours of picking up the item. What a combination: incompetence and rudeness! Never again and I would urge anyone else thinking of using the Esher brach to steer well clear.

Went to the Cobham branch for alterations and the lady made a huge mess of my clothes. When I complained she became very rude. I will never go back there. I don't recommend it. Horrible customer service

Excuse the pun. Was taken to the cleaners given the price of this service and the average results - there are much better dry cleaners just around the corner!
