Buying an ebike for the first time can be a bit harrowing however I was lucky to be able to use Paul at Electric Bike Supermarket who guided through the process to ensure I bought the right bike for me. I also checked prices from other online sellers and I know for sure I have paid a fair price. One unique selling point is that Paul will deliver the bike personally so any final adjustments can be made upon delivery. It is hard to imagine a better service than the one delivered by Electric Bike Supermarket.

I am an experienced cyclist and e biker for many years however I have recently been diagnosed with an arthritic hip and find it difficult to get my leg over the saddle when mounting and dismounting my existing bikes.
On spec I was driving past the Electric Bike Supermarket and popped in just to see what they had in stock that might suit me. I met Paul the owner who was just about to go out on a delivery, but dropped what he was doing to attend to me. He explained his existing stock and let me try some for size. ( nothing was too much trouble). After spending half an hour with me and showing me around I was amazed to discover that he was about to leave to deliver a bike to Bristol, some 150 miles away as he explained that he liked to give his customer’s a comprehensive briefing on their new bike’s .What can I say? Excellent old fashioned service, which in this day is a rare commodity, I left without purchasing anything, but when next I decide to purchase a new bike Electric Bike Supermarket, will be my first destination. But next time I will make an appointment.

I recently bought an E-bike from Electric Bike Supermarket. The customer service is five stars. Paul delivered the bike and spent time running through the bike, how to work the electric motor functions and charge the bike as well as offering tips on maintaining the bike.
