How can I walk in there today and ask the man how much for a screen replacement for a Samsung S20 and he told me £180... like bruh online shops and others around are doing it for between £120-£160. Relax.

… so today I dropped my phone. The screen protector saved my screen, but the protector needed to be changed. This was the first shop what I found on my way. I was shockingly surprised in a positive way… I just told “My screen protector needs to be changed.” … and it was. … but I could not have a cash with me for paying for it. They let me leave the shop for finding a cash machine. … and naturally I went back with the cash for paying for it.
