We have used the Hughes Smart team on a number of occasions and can not fault them both in their pre-sales consultation service, through the install period and then post installation with tweaks and adjustments as these type of installs always require. Great team and a pleasure to work with, we can not recommend enough.

What a refreshingly pleasant experience in buying a new dishwasher ... the assistant asked if he could help ... identified that it was in stock .. only mentioned warranty once and immediately accepted that I didn’t wish to purchase it .. was able to take away on the day and his colleague loaded into the car outside the door ... often such a different approach at Curry’s where you would think they are selling insurance primarily as opposed to electrical and they make it more uncomfortable when saying no thanks ... well done Hughes .. We will definitely make you our first choice when purchasing electrical items.

This is less a tech store than it is a television and fridge store. All the teles were nice and cleanly displayed. There was a decent range of kitchen appliances. They had a variety of chromebooks and a handfuls of laptops. However, for any people like me, the pc accessories were slacking and the ipad selection was almost 2 years old.

Bought a tv and cooker hob from here.lovley sales staff with good knowledge of electrical items. Didnt feel pressured to buy anything which is refreshing.

After my mum was let down by b&q and curry's atrocious customer service I called Hughes to purchase a replacement dishwasher. Theresa couldn't have been more friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person and all staff were excellent helping me to select and load the dishwasher into my car. Mum was delighted and will definitely be shopping at Hughes from now on

Free car park, managed to get a spot right outside the door. Just browsing for kitchen appliances and normally when a member of staff asks if i need any help I say no, just looking. But this time I said yes. He was really helpful, very knowledgeable and what he didn't know he found out.

Have been dealing with Ali and his team in the Norwich Trade office now for years, they have always offered an excellent service and the price has always been spot on! Great to talk to people rather than purchase online
