I am so pleased to be the first person to leave a review of this company. Firstly, I wouldn't even give it one star! I sent my headphones for repair after losing sound in one of the channels. 3months later, it happens again. I was told the warranty was not applicable as it was the other channel that had gone. I bit the bullet and paid for the repair, only for the headphones to come back with a broken hinge and looking like a chimp had tried to fix them. Apparently, I am meant to accept that the hinge is broken and move on. I have tried to have this corrected but, a stone wall of 'we got your money now sod off', is all that I seem to be getting back from them. A personal tip of the hat to Michael, a manager within the company. You sir, win the trophy of the year, for being a muppet
