Almost threw away our Panasonic VHS/DVD recorder combi but decided to take it here to see if it could be repaired.

The shop is like a trip down memory lane. Proper little repair workshop like years ago and a small book to write customers details in rather than a computer.

All repaired in a week with a new part and all cleaned up and tested. Very friendly service but just make sure phone ahead and check when they will be in as they often have to go out and about.

Ignore the default Google opening times on here. Phone up instead. Colin fixed something very old for me after 2 others could not. These types of services are not as rife as they once were and it'll be sad when they are gone. Very friendly place.

*EDIT* - So it's been 3 years and I've been back this week again to fix another (different) CRT of mine. Great service from Colin and it was also great to meet David for the first time today. Looks like they may be selling up the shop but will be continuing from home so keep those phone numbers handy :) Both are very friendly and down to Earth. Would highly recommend.

Excellent. A very rare establishment in this throwaway society. Not a rip off. There should be more businesses like this.

Top bloke , always fixes my mums teles when she blows them up , great service at a great price.
