This is an exceptionally disappointing shop, where customer service is very poor. Having previously shopped at another B+O shop, and being very pleased with the product and service, I shopped with confidence at this store. When advised to upgrade to a more expensive option by a member of staff (the manager), I obliged, trusting his knowledge. He has since refused to refund the item, which does not fulfil my needs, and has been exceptionally rude on more than one occasion. I have had a helpful experience from another store, but apparently the other store cannot issue the refund because this is a franchise store. I would really recommend not shopping at this premises, but finding another one elsewhere.

Great set up and quality products I love the beosound 90 great service

We visited the Cambridge store hoping to find out some more information on some speakers we are thinking of buying and to have a demonstration. We have never felt so unwelcome in a shop before, the customer service was non existent. We were totally ignored and I concur with the previous review that the staff are rude.

Just had a great experience. I looked at the Eclipse TV and the salesperson was very friendly and even made me a fresh cup of coffee! Will definitely be going back!

Very good and knowledgeable salesperson....impressed me ....would recommend....voice commands did not always work with the.electronic s....but it happens....I would have given 5 stars but shop is depressing....some would probably say it has character......but do go in because you will be impressed....polite salesperson

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Paul was so helpful, he demonstrated the B&O Stage that I was interested in, and left me to enjoy it's amazing sound.
Purchasing was made very easy.
Paul kept me informed about delivery, for which he personally delivered to my house.....

I have recently purchased a Beovision Contour TV from here. Everything from helping me choose the right colour combination for my living room, through to the installation itself has been absolutely first class. I can highly recommend this shop and the TV has proved to be really good too!

Hi everyone,just wanted to give a big shout out for B&O Cambridge and Paul who could not have been more helpful after I purchase a Beolit 20,Paul took time to talked me through the whole setting up process and im now please to say I have been listening to my music all weekend in the garden ,the sound the Beolit 20 gives out is perfect.
