On my last visit, people working there don't really move to get things or check for the queue until called on. Also they asked redundant questions, that have already been supplied to the app to be allowed entry to the online queue, just to feel important.

Staff was helpful. I was looking to buy a laptop and a gentleman took the time from his own initiative to guide me towards the best and most affordable laptop for my needs and budget. Ended up buying nothing but you get my point.
Can't recall the name but all staff seemed cool generally.

Good customer service guys. Keep it up!

Fair selection of products but can be difficult to engage the attention of a member of staff some of whom seem to be glued to their phones and others watching television. Perhaps they don't have HD at home

I got what I went for, but if I had more time would have purchased it elsewhere. The sales assistant, who appeared to be a young man, had poor customer service skills. Not one smile, please or thank you, pleasantries etc at any point of the transaction. Also before I received any assistance I had to approach a group of 3 staff who were standing around talking to each other rather than paying attention to the customers in the store. None of them looked thrilled when I interrupted their chat.

I'm only giving 3 stars because when I asked for assistance the guy wasn't pleasant, In fact he looked irritated when I asked for help. I went in to buy my daughter's Xmas present, which wasn't cheap, and the assistant was quite offish talking to me as if I was stupid. However the young girl who did eventually assist me was very pleasant, smiling and helpful as well as professional.

I bought a laptop, service care for 3 years and a hard drive... So I spent a pretty penny. The service when I was buying was excellent and I couldn't fault it. However the service after .....complete opposite, very disappointing indeed. I had to chase and chase to know when my laptop was ready to collect despite them promising a specific date and time. I was fobbed off each time I called the main number. The laptop is great so far though...

Sales guy (didn't get his name) needs to be put on customer service training. His attitude to the guy he served before me was awful. Treating and patronising customers because they are not tech savvy, where he may know his stuff, but doesn't seem to have the time to explain.
On the other hand the know how guys were very helpful.

Bought a laptop (HP) today from the Whitgift Croydon store. Great product, good price and excellent advice with service set-up. When you are looking for some 'care' as a customer; go to one of the smaller stores. Highly recommended 😊 ☑️
