I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. Professional, friendly, thoughtful, respectful and helpful. The gentleman who came out even took his shoes off at the door to walk through the house and put them back on on the back door mat. Every time he needed to enter the house he took his shoes off again. I didn't even have to ask. Did brilliant job. I thought I just needed a new cable but in fact they showed me the connection on the aeriel was completely wrotten. So we need a new aeriel and cable. Very reasonable quote so asked it they could complete that day. They did complete the work whill they were here. Couldn't have asked for anymore.

I have been here twice now for repair's on audio equipment (DJ controller & Audio interface), both times staff have been friendly and got back to me quickly. Amazing work and price, will go to again in the future.

I've used these guys for TV repairs, hanging and trunking TVs, and repairs to my CCTV system. They are always really helpful and just generally lovely! Nothing is too much trouble. Reasonably priced as well. It really does pay to use local trades and I'd recommend anyone to use them rather than bigger named companies that are always over priced anyway

Fantastic service from Rugeley TV & Video, Popped into the shop yesterday, by 11am today, been out to us and all sorted. TV aerial back in position after the winds & all tuned to the TV ready to go again!! 5 stars!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

This company are simply fantastic in terms of customer service. Our experience was that having failed to get anyone to take an interest in repairing my TV set these guys came out the same day bearing in mind I live in Stafford which is some 8 miles from their base in Rugeley. They took my set away as it couldn’t be repaired on site and without being asked gave mea loan set so that we had a tv over Christmas as all this happened 2 days before the holiday. They liaised with us through the whole process and gave us a detailed breakdown of the repair costs which we decide were non economical in the circumstances and taking into account the age of our old set. We eventually bought a tv from them and to summarise I can’t speak highly enough about Rugeley TV and would highly recommend them.View less
