Went in this morning to purchase a tablet, I was waiting 15 minutes until someone eventual acknowledged me, The service was shocking! Eventual got to till with the tablet of my choice to find out i couldn’t use my love 2 shop paper vouchers in store, Told they only take the card vouchers. Don’t Curry’s want people custom! I told them I’ll go and take my custom to ARGOS as they take paper vouchers. To be honest should have made ARGOS my first choice!

Went to collect batteries ordered online. Had to complete online process. Process needed my debit card details, which luckily I had. Process required proof of my identity, a passport or driving licence.

Absolute nonsense

Went into the store to look at dishwashers. The lady I saw was extremely helpful and well informed. Above and beyond the usual customer service. The 2 guys who came to install our dishwasher were also excellent, very friendly, highly competent, and patiently sorted out a couple of fitting snags.

Think the gents name was Connor. Working late shift on 1st Feb.
Really fantastic service. We had some time to kill so he walked us round giving us fantastic info on everything. He had great knowledge amd was a natural. Thanks

Amazing service! Johnnie saw us looking lost from across the store, ran over and found us exactly what we were looking for, very friendly and bright! He then sold us an Internal SSD. Great value too! Recommended other products to pair with the SSD. Star employee right there!

Called in to buy a laptop at the Chesterfield branch. The website said they were in stock and ready to collect. When I arrived I asked where the model of laptop was and instead of pointing towards one so I could purchase the sales assistant just started trying to sell insurance and backup disks. I told him I just wanted to look at the laptop but he kept on with the hard sell. At that point I just left and went to a shop which wanted my business. I won't be returning.

Plenty of space to walk around. Lots to choose from on two floors. Quick service at the till. The only downside for me is you are approached every time you just want to browse. Free parking at the Retail Park.

I should have looked at the reviews before ordering an item in store 3.8 overall not what you might expect from Currys I was told it would be there with in 24-48 hours eventually got and email telling me that the item was ready for collection 4 days later but when arriving at the chesterfield store told it still wasn't in stock total incompetence what a shambles will not be using Currys again let down before and no costumer care. A sale is a sale then your on your own. Costumer service is an joke
