I wasn’t pleased with my Sony tv.
On the same I went to return or replace the tv and the manager said no.
The branch manager’s discretion written in extremely small print right at the bottom of the invoice.
I will never shop there again

The staff at the Sony Centre in Walton are very knowledgeable, helpful and most of all, go above and beyond the call of duty. I have brought a few large items from there now and both times the staff reserved them for me for collection and even on one occasion, helped me move one to my car. I love the Sony brand, the Walton staff make shopping there easy and enjoyable. Keep up the good work!

Shopper beware. They only sell their PlayStations in bundles. They had a PS5 available in store but would only sell it to me in a bundle that was over £400 over the retail price. This bundle was not advertised and came with the most expensive additions to the PlayStation, with no discount at all. The store is clearly trying to take advantage of shortages in the market.

I've dealt with the guys since there days In staines, I have been buying from them since 2009. I have found them to be the most honest, trustworthy and professional people. So much so that I continue to use them in Walton. Please don't trust any poor reviews you find here.

Great customer service provided by Yash. Explained what the new technology is, he gave thorough information about the product and it's features. Product was delivered on scheduled delivery time. Excellent service, knowledgeable, friendly & experienced staff. Definitely recommend this store....!
