We have used Ashley and the team at Hughes Smart Home for several projects and everything they have exceeded our expectations. Very helpful staff, excellent range of products. No problem to change the fridge freezer I purchased to a different configuration. Easy swap and free delivery. Use Hughes for all our 'white goods'. Would recommend.

Terrible customer service. Shocked how unapologetic they were given mistaken was on their part.

I ordered a kettle on amazon. As a Prime customer, you benefit from free returns and speedy delivery. Only "standard" shipping offered at check-out. I decided to still go ahead. In the end I wanted to return the kettle because it did not suit the kitchen and they wanted to charge me £15 for the return service although they falsely stated Prime customers have free returns.

I ended up returning via postal service but they wasted my time. Customer responses were rude and unapologetic. Its part of the reason businesses like these are failing to meet customer expectations, subsequently losing them.

We used Hughes Smart to fully equip our brand-new luxury holiday cottages and studios at Mollett's Farm. They were brilliant - all the way from recommending suitable equipment (from TVs to white goods), through the delivery process, to the installation (which was done carefully and with great pride). After-sales has also been excellent, when the odd item needed replacing under warranty. Would throughly recommend them!

Having purchased three large televisions, coffee machine, speaker etc over the past years from your company at the Martlesham store, all except the first television from an extremely pleasant and efficient salesman Nick Loose. Today we attended your store to purchase an upright freezer, luckily for us Nick was on duty and even though we could not enter the store he talked us through it, we returned home and phoned Nick with our order, who immediately arranged delivery.
Given the pandemic and restrictions Nick was extremely professional, efficient and friendly. He is a credit and asset to your company and in no small part the reason for our continued custom.

Purchased a fridge freezer from their eBay site, quick response, very helpful, delivery was very fast and the Hughes delivery men from Norwich were so helpful, unpacked the fridge freezer and offered to move my old one to the garage, set it up and levelled the feet. So far the machine is working well. Finally, described as a display model came brand new and saved nearly £100.
Excellent store to deal with

Great team, I was in there area and didn't know this place was here. They had shop stock for Hughes that had cosmetic marks and great discounts. They also offer a rent scheme this is brilliant way of getting great tech and spreading the cost.
