It's my first time to this store. I wanted to buy a phone. I liked an expensive phone and bought it. I used it for 1 month. And then my phone didn't work. phone closed. I came back to the store. When I tell my complaint, they never listen to me. The manager says we don't interfere. All the elements are irrelevant and irresponsible. nobody helped me. And I was very disappointed. I paid £850. But I was never happy. I asked for my money and they didn't give it back. I asked for a new phone, they didn't give me. They tricked me. This store and its employees are dishonest. rubbish. Do not trust here. You will be sad like me. I went 5 times when I was sick. I will not shop here again. I don't recommend curry's to anyone. It's a decent place. The members are chatting and messaging among themselves. No one cares about the customer. 1 star is too much here

I have been trying for about a week to order a spare part for my fridgefreezer online. After failing and getting very frustrated I visited your store yesterday. I was lucky enough to to be helped by a young man who assisted me through the process. He was patient and helpful and because of him I was able to succeed and now await delivery. Please tell him how much I appreciate his help. He was a star!

Waste of time if I could leave zero stars I would ordered a washing machine on Friday paid £35 to have delivered on Monday had a day off work and received a txt said delivery 4pm to 8pm at 7.30pm had another text to say will be delivered in 11 days time. No number for the store so called customer services they put the phone down everytime they look up what's happen, terrible customer services will use AO or John Lewis in the future my advise after this and reading other reviews would be avoid avoid avoid.....Zero Star rating if I could...

The last few times I've come in, in 2022, staff have gone above and beyond in helping me, and have been very friendly. Assisting in finding particular items and giving detailed information on products, but also helping me to compare products online.

Probably the best Curry's store I have been to. Huge store spread across two floors. An abundance of choice in electronics and household goods. Lots of staff on hand ready to help too. Really good.

I visit this store regularly as a field Merchandiser doing work in here aswell as a customer and always a pleasant experience.
Staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Store always clean, tidy nice atmosphere.

5* service from Chad today. The only member of staff in the Computer/Laptop area to acknowledge us, whilst with another customer. After 15 minutes another member of staff was asked to see us but we felt that Chad deserved our custom.

Chad was attentive and extremely helpful and clearly understood his products. The tills were playing up but he was patient, calm and apologetic.

Thank you to the Store Manager who had to assist despite literally just walking in the door and not even taken his coat off testament to putting his customers first.

We went to Rochester curry's as we found Maidstone store very un helpful in the past, We was looking for a Samsung microwave but they didn't have one, they did say that the Maidstone store had 3 in stock, so we there, they told us nill in stock, we ended up getting a Kenwood one, This is wy we don't like Maidstone
