Currys itself is brilliant. Great service. Great products. Good value. Their delivery guy was rude blaming us for something he should have know better about. I would have given them five stars otherwise. But we will definitely buy there again

Similar experience to other posts. Staff standing around doing nothing but apparently too busy to help. Finally persuaded one of them to try to find someone who might be able to assist me, but he couldn't find anyone either. He then tells me the item I wish to purchase is out of stock anyway despite the website saying otherwise. So, I ask if he could order one and I'd come back next week. "Can't do that, you'd have to pay for it first". BUT YOU HAVE NO STOCK! So, surely you'd be ordering some more anyway? Apparently, that's not how it works. Gave up, got the same item later that day at Argos.

Went in to look at mobile phones. The lady was really helpful and said she had asked a colleague to come down to help us but he might be 5 minutes. We waited 15. When he finally showed up he was distracted by a young female customer and ignored us. We waited a further 5 minutes and left. He lost out on the sale of 2 new iphones. There were loads of staff hanging around but no one could have given a toss about offering any sort of customer service. Even the man 'guarding' the door was like a wax work. I don't think he would have challenged anyone trying to leave the store with unpaid goods. The complete lack of staff interaction or interest in customers was frankly quite alarming.

I went in to buy a TV but the "children" on the TV displays all stood in a huddle loudly discussing football and were totally disinterested in helping.
I ended up buying a TV in Richer Sounds.
If you want to buy a TV, don't bother with this branch of Curry's, they aren't interested in your custom!

The salesman didn't ask what amp my oven required which meant the installation team couldn't get the oven installed. I had to cancel a day of work for no reason. The staff were helpful with the refund process however and it was all handled professionally

If I could give less than 1 I would love to. This is the worst shop I have ever been in. How you can have 30 people working in a shop and not one person able to do a return or able to purchase something. We spent an hour and 10 minutes trying to return something and buy something, we left to go to another shop as the staff made this impossible. You have explained to everyone in your store today why retail is dead. .

There seems to be no staff around? For any of their services? We bought a TV and had to search the store to find someone and found someone who was a brand rep and then they had to search for a store employee too, we had a collection but nobody helped us as we stood in line (staff were just chatting to each other even though we were stood in front of them) until my husband had to explicit ask if they could help with collections, and at the repairs section we've been waiting for over 45 min as there's only one person working....

Service on the floor was shocking with view staff to be seen. Stick levels in dome areas are low, the computer accessories for example. Eventually the two staff members that tried their uttmost to help us were unable to as tick that was supposed to be in stock could not be found. But huge appreciation to them for doing the absolute best they could to help.
