Currys

This revue is more about my experience of Carphone Warehouse whilst buying a new mobile. I was recommended to the store by a friend and I am pleased to say she was correct.

The assistant is a credit to the company, Melissa was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different products, all my data was transferred to the new phone which took some time but far easier than having to do it all myself.

Excellent customer service, thank you so much, highly recommended.

I visited curry’s in search of a battery operated radio, and a laptop for my college coursework. We were greeted by Maddie, a lovely young lady, who guided us to the best purchase possible. We managed to buy the Radio online, through the online store on her IPAD and have it delivered, and unfortunately had to return home for ID to go on the monthly pay plan for the laptop. We had no idea it would all be so easy, or even that the plan for the laptop existed, without the tremendous help of Maddie, we’d of been lost! We can’t thank her enough, so very friendly. Overall 5/5, great experience.

Called into store 1140 Sunday morning stood for several minutes looking for the section I needed and perhaps a little guidance or advice on items I had interest in .
Two groups of staff stood around Talking to each other obviously to busy to be interested in the needs of an elderly shopper.
Eventually I went to desk for help and info
The two staff on counter were dealing with a sale .
After two or three minutes with not even a nod of acknowledgment l left the store .
Yet another victory for the internet.
but at least l will get it tomorrow and cheaper so all good .
Maybe curry’s find customers redundant or just an inconvenience .

Absolutely shocking!!!!!!. ignorant, rude, insulting, no interest in the customer, they're needs or requests.. really unhelpful..so my custom went elsewhere .... shame , I was spending quite a substantial amount of money... never mind ... your loss Currys....

Great shop - go here frequently to check out appliances in person, before buying. We did get an air fryer from here a month or so ago, via pre-order. The price was better than everywhere else, including black Friday sales. Great customer service and ample parking.

Not the best shopping experience. Had to put my card into their PDQ machine several times because it wasn't linking up with the till. I was somewhat worried that I might end up with eight transactions being taken out of my account. Luckily there wasn't.

Brought a tv from currys got insurance on it summit had gone in the tv it got sent to the repair center they could not fix the part that had gone so I should have got a new replacement tv but currys in burnley refused to do it therefore don't buy a tv from curry or insurance because they are a complete waste of time money grabing company 0 help in store they clearly did not want to do there job it was in black and white on my insurance policy if they repair center could not fix take it to the store for a instant replacement poor company

Ordered a TV online and went in to collect it. I was faced with 1 of the most rude staff he didn't even want to serve me. He was wearing glasses and his name was Simon I think. I cancelled my order after the way he spoke to me he was very rude and unprofessional. I don't think I will be shopping there in the future.
