Ultimately we have to leave without purchasing.
Came back again to browse and purchase a few items. The experience was completely opposite of the previous one. Staff were really friendly, had a lovely chat with them. One member saw us in a queue and asked us if we wanted to come over to a different desk to pay quicker! They even gave us free 3 year Care & Repair for our purchase! Was a really pleasant experience and prices were the same or similar when compared to other online shops. Great job, definitely put a smile on our faces!

To be honest it's quite a faff to come to the store to buy something. When browsing everyone comes around to "help" but when you actually need to buy something - good luck, we were told it would be upwards of 10 minutes as everybody was on lunch. Employees seem to do the bare minimum (for example not mentioning delivery costs and just pointing to their screen when they ask you what day you want your appliance delivered - something quite important when the day you choose could cost £30, and you're not familiar with their in store computer system..) or apparently don't have access to sell you things due to lack of keys. Quite annoying when it's literally easier to order online for delivery or collection, but we thought we'd pop in as lived close. Maybe we've caught them at the wrong time, but it took almost an hour to buy an appliance and another item and we felt it was a pretty miserable experience, no personalised service and no benefit at all to coming in store versus shopping online.
